PT. Delta Pasific Indotuna
Known as DELPI is one of the integrated tuna processing industries in Indonesia, located at Bitung City, North Sulawesi. Established and started commercial production and processing since 2007.
The Units of plan and processing
– Cannery (canned tuna processing)
– Frozen cooked tuna loin processing
– Fish meal plant, fish juice processing
– Cold Storage, ice plant
– Can making
DELPI has produce the high quality processed tuna (canned tuna, frozen cooked tuna loin and fish metal) which are using the raw fish mostly caught by pole and line, hand line and also maintained in cold chain.
Direct access to sea ocean as well as the sea port (approximately 15 minutes by car) and to Sam Ratulangi, Manado International Airport (approximately 45 minutes by car).

QUALITY ASSURANCE
– Most of the international standard in all activities from procurement, production, storage and export for all of its end product through HACCP and GMP application as manifestation of Total Quality Control (TQC) in order to guarantee that all delivered product to the costumers ensure its quality
– We always welcome to have opportunity to observe the new standard to improve the implemented standard in compliance with the specific standard decided by buyer’s countries such as USA FDA regulation, SABS standard, DFO Canada, etc. As well as to determine the right style and can size of canned tuna as desired
PROCESSING
– Our processing has capacity to process about 100,000 Kg of raw fish (fresh or frozen) per day into various styles and sizes of :
- Canned tuna in various sizes
- Frozen precooked tuna loin in vacuum plastic bag
- Fishmeal in woven plastic bag
- Fish juice
FISH PROCUREMENT
– The fish procurement has been done by work out a closer cooperative program, with national and local fishing who accredited with Earth Island Institute (EII) as “Dolphin Safe” companies this is to ensure the continuity of raw fish supplies well as that our product is dolphin safe product
– The preservation by maintaining the cold chain of raw fish which Air Blast Freezer, has prospected to maintain the best quality of raw fish which ensuring the best quality of final product.
– Our Company Also accompany and pay attention to save environment, has a good communication with Ell monitoring Program
DELPI FACILITIES
– Cannery 4 lines (running on 70 MT raw fish/day)
– Frozen precooked tuna loins processing with vacuum machines (running on 30 MT raw fish/day)
– Fish meal plant, fish juice processing
– Can making plant
– Cold storage for capacity of more than 1000 MT with ice plant
